Ingredients
- 1/2 head red cabbage
- 1/2 head green cabbage
- I medium radicchio
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 4 green onions, sliced
- 1 jalapeno, sliced
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- DRESSING
- 5 limes, juiced
- 1 tsp. cumin
- 1 tbs agave nectar
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp kosher salt
Instructions
- Slice cabbage + radicchio thinly, using a mandolin and it will give you about 2 cups each.
- Add jalapeño, carrots and green onion.
- In a medium bowl, mix ingredients for dressing.
- Pour dressing over cabbage mixture and toss well. Serve.
