ITALIAN STYLE RIBS

Ingredients

  • Ribs:
  • 2 Racks Baby Back Ribs
  • Italian Seasoning
  • Marinara Sauce (We love Raos)
  • Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • Noodles:
  • 2 Packs of Shirataki Noodles
  • 1 Pack Enoki Mushrooms
  • 1/3 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • Salt and Pepper for tast
  • Juice of Half a Lemon
  • 8 Basil LeaveS
  • 2 TBPS Olive Oil
  • 3 Cloves of Garlic (minced)

Instructions

  1. Cover ribs with Italian seasoning
  2. Bake uncovered at 275 for 2 hours
  3. Wrap ribs in foil and cook for 2 more hours
  4. Unwrap foil and pull out bones
  5. Cover ribs with marinara sauce
  6. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese
  7. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning
  8. Bring over to 350
  9. Place ribs back in oven for 10 minutes
  10. Then turn oven to broil and watch carefully for 2-3 minutes (You want the cheese to bubble and golden up a bit
  11. For the noodles: rinse noodles under water and let them drain really well
  12. Once drained, place in medium skillet and stir around to dry
  13. Add olive oil, mushrooms, garlic, and rest of seasoning. Sprinkle with basil
  14. Cook on medium heat for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally
  15. Turn heat off and add parmesan cheese
  16. Toss and serve
