I did it – I hopped on the trend of the Butter Board because let’s be real, once I saw these circling the internet I knew I had to give it a shot. Let’s just say, don’t knock it until you try it – Once I made this, I WAS HOOKED. I definitely snacked on it the rest of the day. This is the perfect addition for all your fall gatherings to come. Butter Board

Ingredients

  • Keri Gold Butter
  • Fig Jam
  • Maldon Salt
  • 2 Heads of Roasted Garlic
  • Fresh Figs
  • Fresh Thyme + Rosemary
  • Marcona Almonds
  • Grapes

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400
  2. Peel the outer layer of your heads of garlic - still keeping it whole and then cut about 1/2 an inch off the top of the cloves
  3. Set in small baking dish, cover with olive oil + sprinkle with rosemary
  4. Bake for about 40 minutes
  5. Start your butter board by smearing your butter across the board
  6. Sprinkle your salt and then spread your fig jam
  7. Add in pieces of the roasted garlic + fresh figs
  8. Top with marcona almonds + fresh thyme
  9. ENJOY!
