I did it – I hopped on the trend of the Butter Board because let’s be real, once I saw these circling the internet I knew I had to give it a shot. Let’s just say, don’t knock it until you try it – Once I made this, I WAS HOOKED. I definitely snacked on it the rest of the day. This is the perfect addition for all your fall gatherings to come. Ingredients
- Keri Gold Butter
- Fig Jam
- Maldon Salt
- 2 Heads of Roasted Garlic
- Fresh Figs
- Fresh Thyme + Rosemary
- Marcona Almonds
- Grapes
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400
- Peel the outer layer of your heads of garlic - still keeping it whole and then cut about 1/2 an inch off the top of the cloves
- Set in small baking dish, cover with olive oil + sprinkle with rosemary
- Bake for about 40 minutes
- Start your butter board by smearing your butter across the board
- Sprinkle your salt and then spread your fig jam
- Add in pieces of the roasted garlic + fresh figs
- Top with marcona almonds + fresh thyme
