guess I better get back to sanding our dinning room table. I took Easyoff Oven Cleaner to it a few weeks ago. Anyone ever tried this? I gotta say, I wasn’t sure, but it did remove a good majority of the finish and layers upon layers of stain in 2 twenty minute sessions. kinda wild. Now, I’ve got out my trusty hand-sander to get off the remainder. After that, I’m thinking of a giving her a coat of a clear matte something or other. I want a natural, almost bleached look. which I also understand, may in fact actually need wood bleach. What did I get myself into, butt also, where’s the fun if you don’t take chances??
