This one is my son, Luke’s FAVORITE thing I make.  It’s a combination of all his loves.  I mean what kid doesn’t like chocolate and carbs?!? Actually, I’m going to raise my hand too for this one. HA! It’s not just for kids. This one is a total crowd pleaser. Perfect for your family on a Sunday morning or to set out when you have a house full of guests. I love that you make it the night before, pop it in the oven and wa-la… BREAKFAST is done! Also makes the perfect Christmas morning recipe.

I hope you enjoy it, actually I’m certain of it!

OMG…I’m making this for this weekend 🙂 My kids are going to LOVE it!! Oh, and me too 🙂

My h husband has been dying for me to make something like this for him…may even do this for Christmas or New Years. Landyn to my rescue as always! He’s starting to ask if everything I do is from Landyn…pretty much. No shame! 🙂

Amy Plaster

Oh my, this sounds divine!
Are the “croissants” in the recipe, the refrigerated crescent rolls that come in a tube?

Tasha

Do you think you could make this more than one night ahead?

Crista

are the mini croissants already baked or can you buy the pillsbury ones in a can? 🙂 Thanks!

Crista

Are the mini croissants already made or is is dough from the refrigerator section of the store?

Kristin Berghoff

What kind of croissant rolls to you use?

Cheryl

Do you mean refrigerated Raw dough croissants? or already baked from the bakery ?

Brooke

Where do you find mini croissants?

Heather Murray

Quick question. What brand of mini croissants do you use? Is it like pillsbury refrigerated ones??

Patti Caldevilla

Do u bake the croissants and then put the rest of the stuff on it and stick in fridge or do you put it all together and then bake after the whole thing after it has been in the fridge overnight ?

Katy

Are the croissant rolls baked already or unbaked pillsbury?

Emily Ritchie

Are the croissants already baked or the raw dough form. Thanks

Jennifer

What kind of mini croissants do you use?

Hayley

I have made this with blueberries instead of chocolate chips and it is delicious that way, too!

Already made! Pick them up from the bakery section of the grocery store. So easy!

Lynn

Tell me about the croissants- are they already baked, like in the bakery section or dough?

Admin

Hi Lynn! I pick up the croissants already baked in the bakery section of the grocery store. Nice and easy!

Jenny

This is prob a dumb question, but are the mini croissants supposed to be cooked or raw? Like crescent rolls in a can or bakery croissants? Thank you!!

E.

Help! I added the milk before mixing the cream cheese and now it’s kind of in chunks and I’m serving it tomorrow at Christmas brunch. Will it be ok. Will the cream cheese melt together as it cooks. Should I stir it before baking! Yes, I’m panicking!!

Natasha Toy

I’m definitely halfway through this recipe and I used raw croissants.

Ah! I’m so sorry!

So I’ve looked at all the comments and questions in this thread and I’m still confused… does “already baked” mean frozen or already baked? 🤣🤣🥰

Nice and easy! Already baked, from the bakery section of your grocery store.

Meg

Fail! I made two for both families today and it wasn’t a hit. Bummer!

I’m sorry! It’s one of our faves. Hopefully you’ll give more of my recipes a try!

So I made this for Christmas morning and it’s been requested again (already!) My husband loved it! I’m going to try it with blueberries!

Tera Kinsella Roth

How should I cut the pieces? Does it matter? Lol 😂 And yes I could mess it up…

Admin

Small, bite-size pieces work best!

Kittie

I can’t wait to make it! Sounds amazing.
Love how you wrote “wa-la” instead of “voila” . Lol

Wendy

Mine was still runny after cooking for 45 min! I used fat-free milk. Think that matters?

Shannon

Do you bake the night before and serve at room temp or put in fridge after baking?

Admin
Reply to  Shannon

I prep the night before and then bake in the morning – Serve it warm!

Alex

What’s the best way to store leftovers? In the fridge?

Katherine

Really delicious, but I recommend about half as many chocolate chips. Kids actually complained too much chocolate (never happens!)

Jenna

How many people (roughly) does this serve?

Admin
Reply to  Jenna

I would say 6-8
