Three Hey Landyn’s in one week! Phew, you girls keeping up? My sweet, sweet friend, Nicolle Galyon, who also happens to be a very talented songwriter took us into her world on Monday. Then on Thursday, Kailey Dickerson, Cassie Kelley, and Lauren Akins joined me in my bed to talk about life + what it’s like being married to country music superstars. And NOW you all are going to get to hear from my dear friend and GRAMMY award winning songwriter, Shane McAnally!
We’re talking the HIGHS {His very first visit to Nashville – writing a song for Lee Ann Womack and later Kenny Chesney, Miranda Lambert…the list goes on – his love story – later opening his own publishing company and label, his two beautiful children + so much more} and the LOWS {that one time when his house was being foreclosed on, when he slept on his sisters couch in Nashville, being told “no” on several occasions, that list goes on too but you’d never know it!} He has quite the story to tell and has come so far in his career. He’s an inspiration, truly, and is walking proof that you just have to keep on keepin’ on + follow your gut! Even still, we’re all learning, even if we look like they’ve got it figured out.
